Here at Pet Supply Warehouse, we're proud to have a very open return policy.  If something you purchased from us doesn't work or your pet has no interest in it, then you are more than welcome to bring it back to us.  While this policy extends to nearly all of our products, things such as flea medication for pets cannot be returned.  Worry not though, all of these items will be marked with a sticker so you're fully aware ahead of time.

When returning an item with us please bring your receipt in with you, as you will be refunded according to whichever way you originally paid for the item.  If you have lost your receipt we will still be more than happy to help you with your return.  The only difference is that the refund will instead be on a store gift card.
