Thank you all for being such amazing people and supporters of our family's business. We've always enjoyed the relationships we have with you and yet we feel even closer to you all right now... even from 6 feet away!
I hope you are all doing well during this unique time and want to let you know that we are all doing well also. Amidst all of the changes happening right now, I would like to share some things that have and have not changed here at Pet Supply Warehouse.
What hasn't changed:
We are Still Open and here Regular Hours to Serve You with the same level of customer service that you've come to expect from us. Since we are considered an "essential" business, we are allowed to remain open per the Governor's order, given on 3/19/20 and under the new order given to shelter-in-place through April 30th. And yes, you can come inside ☺
Our supply of pet food and other premium products is just about 100% steady at this point, with really just a couple of exceptions. Of course, we would encourage you to call us if there is anything specific you are looking for so that we can confirm it being in stock. If our supply chain changes, we will be sure to update you.
What has changed:
In order to better serve you, we have implemented Immediate Curbside Ordering & Pick-Up. Simply call us from your home or vehicle to place your order and we will bring it out to you when you arrive and receive payment at that time as well. If you place your order from home, just be sure to give us a second call when you arrive so we know you're here.

In doing our part to keep you and our community as healthy as possible during this time, we have implemented extra cleaning protocols that include hourly cleaning of all commonly used surfaces such as door & cart handles, PIN Pads, countertops, pens, computer & cash register keyboards, freezer door handles, our own hands, etc.
Also, due to recent ‘panic buying’ we will temporarily be unable to accept returns on all pet food & treats. We made this decision only after much deliberation and found it necessary to avoid a potential collapse of our family’s business. But, because we are a family business, we are willing and able to work with each of our customers and make exceptions by coming to a fair decision in certain cases. Take that, Big Box!
We will continue to monitor the news as things develop, make appropriate changes when necessary and keep you informed of it all.
